Yesterday it rained. Very miserable in the car. The sewing machine does work! It was dusty on the inside and I cleaned it and now it's just fine. I extended the rag nursing blanket and added a pocket for nursing pads. I also talked to Rosemarie Camacho, no relation, about the quilt I will be making for her retiring Air Force coworker. It's my first project I will actually get paid for! I am also thinking about resurrecting Guilty Gourmet now that the holiday season is close at hand. Thinking about making quilts for the kids for Christmas but for now I am going to try my hand at their Halloween costumes. AAAAHHH!!!! Lots of sewing and baking in my future!
